We manage all of our properties in-house so we maintain direct contact and relationships with all of our tenants and partners. This helps to foster both a sense of community within the properties that we manage, as well as building trust between Landlord and Tenant.

We are keen to build communities in and around the properties that we manage so we make a point of meeting each new tenant and trying to make them feel welcome.
Maintenance
Having an experienced and knowlegeable team of tradespeople, contractors and support agents is essential to ensuring our units are maintained to a high standard. We are also actively engaged in retrofitting our units for better energy efficiency and temperature control.
